the floor has a small crack and is un level in all directions.
Depends on what type of flooring your going to end up with as far as final treatment. But you can level off most any flooring with a self leveling compound. The crack has to be treated specially if your doing ceramic tile of even vinyl. carpet for the most part you can go right over the crack once the flooring is leveled and made flat.
