i remember seeing a video about how to make a disruptor from a cell phone and i was curios how it was done but i cant seem to find the vidoe or anything related to changing a cell phone into a disruptor, any one know of a website?This is strictly for curiosity, in no way am i trying to actually obtain a disruptor

Since you posted in the 'Ice Skating' category I presume you mean practising figure skating jumps on rollerskates? If so, then it would be similar to the way you jump on ice, taking off from your toe pick - or on roller skates, then little rubber/plastic toe at the front. If you mean like roller skating in general, then I don't know exactly but I presume you just 'jump' like you would normally. :)
