If it prints correctly on ordinary paper but not on the label sheet, I suspect your printer's rubber roller is slipping on the label sheet. Hope that helps.
Radiation is one of those demonized items of science. Alpha waves cannot pierce skin and are relatively harmless, but inside the body (i.e. transfer of fluid) it can do mutation harm. Bet waves are more hazardous and can penetrate a few inches. Gama and above are fatal in all be tiny doses. As far as a mini Nuke in the backyard or a microwave pulse generator, as long as the proper materials are used and that there are proper failsafe procedures, that would be a great invention. the issue is that as power plants become small they often loose efficiency.
