I own a 1994 Chevy Impala SS and the windshield wipers have totally deteriorated. For the life of me, I can NOT figure out to remove this style of blade. If someone knows of a tutorial that includes pictures or a video I would greatly appreciate it.

when that light comes on it normally means your low on brake fluid. take the car to a garage and have them check the brake fluid level. when they check it, watch them so you know where it is next time it need some additional fluid.
I would suggest stopping by an auto glass replacement shop such as Safelite, Glass Doctor, or Glass Masters. These technicians remove all kinds of wipers when they replace windshields. They have the experience and tools to do the job without damage to the glass. Most are courteous and helpful and will probably remove/replace your wipers for free, hoping you will remember them when you need auto glass replaced. Good luck with it.
