Question:

How to tone a pear shaped body in as little time possible?

I want to tone my thighs/butt some more before I go on vacation, a month and a half from now, without losing any weight in the chest. Where do pear shaped bodies lose weight first? What exercises should I do, and what is a recommended diet? I don't want to lose my butt, but tone it and get rid of the thighs and possibly leaner legs with less visible cellulite without building up any bulky calve or thigh muscles?Thank you for any help :)

Answer:

You can get the baby a little toy, a blanket, a little bottle, or you can help the parents by getting them a crib or anything else they need to make a room for it. Target has many things for babies. You should look there.
How about a gift card to a nice restaurant and a free night of babysitting? That way your brother and her gf can relax after the baby is born.
You might want to ask them what else they don't want! There is a neverending list of what bbies need when they arrive! You could opt for practical like baby lotions, bibs, bedding etc, stuff that gets used a lot. You could go fun like toys, rattle, mobile, teddies etc. I would suggest that you take a trip to mothercare and you might see something that catches your eye.
For most roadies its not a big deal. The ones who do take offense are the hard-core wanna-be racers. Show up to a road ride with mtn bike shoes and baggy shorts instead of lycra and they will let you do the majority of the work and drop you fast when they want. Show up on a road ride on a mtn bike and the those hard-cores wont even acknowledge you are there. Luckily that most road riders are not that way. I have found that the roadies that are also high level racers think its great for anyone, regardless of what type of bike, just be out and riding.
There are tons of things out their that you can get the new baby besides clothing. Babies need bath items, like baby wash clothes, towels, powder, lotion, baby bath soaps. You can also get them things like baby nail trimmers, burp diapers/clothestake a walk down the isle with all the safety itemsthough the baby won't need many of these things at first, these things are extremely helpful when baby becomes more mobile. Things like door stoppers to prevent tiny fingers from being accidentally closed or pinched in doors, plug protectors, corner protectors (to cover sharp corners of things like coffee tables), baby gates, baby monitors. You can also get them diapers for newborns and baby wipesyou can never have too many of these!! Just take a walk through the baby department and explore your options!! Have Fun with it!!
