How would I add applications to my BlackBerry manually (Using a USB Data Cable)? Do I have to install particular software or could I just save the app to my laptop and transfer it to my BB using the USB, if so where on my BB do I save it, etc.Step by step guide please, if possible.Thankyou :)xoxo

Answer:

Hello, I believe you contacted me and asked me to take a look at your question., Yes you need to install a particular software and its called desktop manager (attaching download for you) Once you have that downloaded you connect your BB to your PC. Open Desktop manager and select add remove programs. Once in there chose the option to browse, you will find your files for the program, they should be ALX and COD files.click on them and select ok. Then you will select finish and it will show you which programs are being added to your BB. Make sure when downloading apps/themes ect that its not OTA or over the air but to be done via desktop. So that you get the appropriate files. If you need further assistance let me know.
