If you're handy with tools, any large home center (Menard's, Lowe's, Home Depot) sells screen window kits at decent prices. You just need a hacksaw and a roller for the rubber splineand for an aquarium you should probably use fiberglass screening, not metal. You should get done under $20. I haven't done an aquarium, but did make 9 screens for my home recently.

I think this is the aproach (citing gatorbai) hv 0.00259 x (gpm)^2/(d)^4 d inside diameter of the pipe in inches gpm gallons per minute flow rate of liquid hv pressure in feet of liquid that will cause the gpm flow rate in a pipe with an inside diameter d For water, 1 psi 2.31 feet of liquid head. So put your pressure into hv form (I don't know how, hopefully it already is ^^) and then solve the equation for gpm. [ hv * (d)^4 ] / 0.00259 (gpm)^2 then sqr root the left side (makes it look extra odd though so I showed both forms) sqr root{ [ hv * (d)^4 ] / 0.00259 } gpm
