Restaurants are not going to be so clean usually, or it is hard for customers to believe they are clean so I would like to know: how would you combat unsanitariness or negligence in restaurants?For example if a chef dropped their glove and picked it up and spread cheese on your pizza You would never know sitting at the tables. So, what if you were really curious and wanted to see how they make your food? Other than food inspectors, how would you combat the issue?I need help with this. Thanks so much.

dont know if its the best way but i have seen ppl use wooden (carved) moulds and they coat them in a type of mould release wax.
