Until you have the vehicles computer scanned it could be one of many things
you should eliminate the wiper fluid from the resevoir. Unbolt the resevoir and sparkling it out once you should. Then really placed 50/50 premix antifreeze into it. Do you want to chance harming your motor vehicle for this ?
No, its not ruined but you must drain it out. Washer fluid has low boiling point and you could over-presurize your system . It could cause a bubble in the motor that will cause overheating. So drain it out and replace and youll be fine. With all the new colors of antifreeze, Im not surprized.
