What else can I do to lower my blood pressure besides the obvious, like medication and just staying off my feet? Does anyone else have this problem?

It could be a bit too much but what you need to do is go on a healthy balanced diet It is not good for you to be eating just one or two types of things you need to be eating more of a mixture of foods
