you really need to tell his parents about this. its sexual abuse even though he's younger then you. and it was good that you deleted the pics except now you dont have evidence that it really happened. but you should go straight to his parents and yours and tell them about what he did to you
First of all-never give in to a blackmailerexpose them! You should have called your brother in and tell him what the brat tried to pull on you. He or the parents would have taken his phone away and erased any pictures and punished him. And you stupidly gave in..giving him MORE to blackmail you with. The kid sounds like a rapist in the making! Tell his parents NOW about what happened and to check his phone (he's probably showing his friends) and let him get caught. You did nothing wrong in that room except become his victim. Keep your pictures of him as insurance ( show him) but keep in mind that you can be in trouble too because you have naked pictures of a minor and is considered a federal crime, so think twice before plastering the internet with them because you'll be arrested as a pedophile. Best thing to do is call his parents! Do not tell THEM you have his pictures. Erase them after they erase his!
