Yeah, in most cases it's probably healthier than a cigarette, but still has a fair amount of tar (anything that burns with smoke contains tar) But, if you smoke a plant with a toxin capable of vaporizing, you'll be poisonedBacteria/viruses aren't a big concern because of the heat, though.
