These DJs have to find something that keeps people interested in them. So, sometimes they go overboard. I don't know the guy and he doesn't look all that attractive, but this lynching climate because of 'political correctness' which is a crock, is way over the line. I found some of the statements made by 'the insulted rather stupid. Why aren't they accountable for that? Double standard 'cause he is 'just' a honkey? ;-) Does anyone remember 'Stick and stones.' ? Is ruining a man's life necessary for some minor verbal slight? Is that fair or just? I say not.
If its the top that is scratched (where the sticker/logo is) no, if its the surface (the side that is actually read) you can apply white toothpaste, applying it from the center and outward. fill the cracks then wipe it with a clean and humid cloth once again starting from the center and outward in a non-circular motion. Try the cd, if it doesn't work, repeat. If after 4-5 times it's still not working, the scratch is too deep, you'll have to resurface it. Hope this helps.
I fully agree that this dinosaur needs to be buried with the rest of the extinct ones. This is the 21st century for goodness sake.
They need to more than fire Imus. They should make him dress up like a black woman, and without the public knowing make him walk through the streets. He should be made to also dress up as other rminorities too, over a period of days. During these days he would have to walk through racist white neighbourhoods that do not know it is him. They should also do that to that racist comic from Seinfield, the Krama dude.
