As a health professional I would expect to hear balanced information on additives like MSG, aspartame, fructose and other sweeteners, and not the industry bottom line. I would expect food handling and storage guidelines and rationales provided (and not from some old textbook written in 1927). A balanced view on GM crops/foods and the implications for human health and the environment would also be good.
First of all, they should have a fire blanket in the classroom. If they do, someone else- or you, if you're alone and rub and hit your hair with it. This goes for if your clothes are on fire. You could also get someone to pour water on your head- that might not help immediately, the fire blanket is your best bet. Good Luck!!! :D
