Question:

Is there a craft material available that's similar to rubber balloons?

I'd like to make a short cape from rubber balloon material for a stop motion puppet but I can't find any balloons that are large enough for my needs. I planned on using the balloon and treating it like cloth, but simply glueing the balloon parts into a cape form. Is there some sort of craft material out there that has a similar texture to balloons but is produced as a sheet? Is there a better material I can use?

Answer:

The simple answer is that its just not over there its allover, the same is true in the USA, police don't like doing paperwork, people thing that pedestrians have no rights when crossing and as for speed bumps, people complain that they do more damage to their vehicles than they are worth but they wouldn't if they drove slower !!
Because there are our traditions and you must respect them. Other traditions: Don stop on red traffic lights. Parking on prohibited zones. etc
you leave your cats outside when it's going to zero? You are an animal abuser and I hope you get caught
Are these purpose made science goggles or just goggles you use for science? Purpose made science goggles are tested using a 500 FPS bb gun, so are actually far better made than most airsoft goggles. However, do check that they cover your whole eye, as they are usually only designed to protect from something if you're looking straight at it. Hope this helps
