Question:

I fell from the treadmill at the gym because there was no security belt, can I sue the gym?

Okay yeah long question, look what happened,I go to a gym where they have cardio machines, and on the treadmills you usually have a sort of safety belt or rope, you attach it to your clothes so if you fall the machine will automatically stop, I went on a treadmill that didn't have one so I was like whatever most of the machine are all taken, after running at 6.5mph I fell down and my face hit the moving belt and because the belt in question was still moving, it took my short/boxers off and people saw my ***. Can I sue the gym for medical expenses and loss of joy? Because I had to buy bandaids for my face and I was very humiliated that people saw my ***

What would you say if I asked you which way to the Hilton? The truthteller would have told you right, and will say so. The liar would have told you wrong, so must lie and tell you the correct answer. You can't tell which tribe your subject is from, but you can get to the Hilton.
