They would have to be made of a non-rigid plastic (IRB Law 4.4 (c)). Even then, they might still be in violation of IRB Regulation 12.3, which governs headgear, but then again maybe not. And if so, you might be able to get a special exemption as a result of your condition. It certainly can't hurt to try.

a bad idea, a moving object, the tackler, grabbing you and somehow your eye patch gets imbedded in your socket will not look good, try a normal headgear and see how it fits
From the sync classes I've taken, Basically it's tied into the vehicle electronics and the stereo system. Most 08s that are getting the Sync already have new stereos that aren't backwards compatable . There maybe some offers to add sync, but not all the way back to 2003. My guess is 2007 on the sport tracs as the stereos are actually totally different (made by two different companies and bolt differently) and most of sync links up with the car stereo But Bartzan and Ford Girl are both correct also
