I want to transfer information from one mac laptop to a mac desktop. should i use firewire or usb to do this? after they are connected, what do i do next?
for window based systems you need an actual program to transfer the files from computer to computer. not sure bout apples operating system.
You have to network the computers which I think Mac does automatically with firewire then when you can see one from the other create shared folders and off you go, I hope
