I use Continental Travel Contacts on my MTB based hybrid, or at least I do during the summer months. They are smooth around the centre of the tread, but have studs around the edges. They are fairly fast on tarmac, and grip OK on looser surfaces. They won't get you through mud or snow, but neither will any other dual purpose tyre, which is why I switch to off road tyres during the winter. If you can't get those, I'm sure other tyre manufacturers make similar ones.
Im surprised you dont know this , but there not allowed in uk , there from places of destruction and despair and even if they did try and get political asylum most would get turned back, so sad considering they travel 100s of 1000s of miles and get turned back or either get put in asylum centres which look like pig pens , panaroma was addressing the issue last night.
