Question:

I'm freezing, how can I warm up?

I'm so cold. It's 31 degrees outside and a wind chill of 24 degrees. The heat is on, but the house isn't warming up. It's been on for a few hours now and I'm only getting colder. I'm laying under two comforters, 2 blankets, and a flannel sheet. My floor heater is on full blast. What can I do?

Remove the cylinder containing part of the lock slowly taking note of whether the 'tang' (the little bar part that goes from the cylinder into the lock) is vertical or horizontal. Which ever it is, it is in there wrong. Pull it out of the lock and turn it a quarter turn so it is the other way, then slide it back into the lock. Do not change anything else. That should solve your problem. If it doesn't, then try turning it a half turn the other way from the way you turned it first. (Be sure you took note of whether you turned it clockwise or counter-clockwise the first time.)
