Whenever I try to open it, a window pops up and says This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. I tried logging on the other account we have on this computer, and it says the same thing for all of them. How do I tell which account is the system administrator, and how can I change the settings? I have NO idea what to do now.
we dont have them here anymore,.( they are illegal here ) but when we did, I remember they made a difference on take off, but still nothing to get over confident with,you'll get in trouble

The problem with studded snow tires is not snow and ice. But on a wet road in a hard break they can act like ballbearings on the road and make you slide.
