i'm using a hair iron ceramic, and i only use shampoo and conditioner does it damage my hair and get me bald ?

STOP STOP STOP! You are slowing causing yourself to go bald ! Your hair can only take so much! But if you cant stop completely go to your neareast hair salon or drug store an look for a heat/iron thermal protectant spray it protects the hair from harmful heat from irons
