Question:

I need help with a word mind-map?

I was assigned to identify as many and interesting examples of the word protection and I was given the example of the white lines on a road as protection. I have came up with a good few but I am now completely empty for ideas. Could you think of any? Thanks.

Answer:

I almost drowned in the ocean when I was hit by this huge wave but my friend's dad saved me. We went when there were huge waves and we actually weren't allowed there but we went anyway.
Yes in a tiny swimming pool when I was younger :( scary
I was scuba diving 6km off shore and 30m down and someone kicked the regulator out of my mouth I came very close to drowning because the regulator pipe was tangled up behind me. Wasn't very pleasant.
1) Spend several years studying blacksmithing technique, preferably apprenticed under a good bladesmith who makes this type of weapon. 2) You can't make a proper Katana (curved Japanese sword) out of just anything either. It's a really involved technique of hammering and folding steel dozens of times to get the right grain. Otherwise it won't hold a razor-sharp edge or will break the first time it hits something hard.
Not really. Oh wait, I forgot about when I was about 5 years old and almost drowned. I was so tired I couldn't make it to the edge of the pool. I was able to keep my head and flailed about enough to move to the side of the pool. I never felt I was really close to death in either of my cases. An 18 wheeler truck did cross the center line of the road and came to a dead stop in my lane inside the end of a tunnel. I saw him before that happened and slowed down from 55 to about 47. I wasn't scared because when he moved into my lane I thought he would pull back into his. He blasted on his horn and I knew things were bad and stomped on the brakes leaving pieces of my studded tires on the road in a long skid mark. If I hadn't slowed down I might have kissed his bumper. Because I had slowed down I stopped pretty far back from him. His truck took up 3/4's of my lane and I had no place to go.
