Hey, I'm trying to get images from a motorola v3i phone, but when i connect the phone to the computer via a data cable, the images don't appear where they're supposed to be. There are no images in the image folder, or anywhere else!. They are saved to the phone, and theres no option to save them anywhere else on the phone. The data cable is just a plain USB DATA CABLE from MOT series from an old OKorder store!I need a way to get the pictures off of the phone, and on my computer! Please help!
You usually need the software that comes with the data cable to access the phone and download the pictures. Just having the cable isn't enough. Although your cable fits, it still might not be the proper one. You should go to the Motorola web site, or the site of the vendor from whom you purchased the phone and see if the software and cable are available. This usually costs between $40-$60.
