Question:

I need more details in regards a diet for chronic pancreatitis?

I understand that I need a low-fat diet, though dark chocolate [in moderation] has been approved by my doctorI eat a normally healthy diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, and poultryI am concerned specifically about the high fiber in my dietDo I need to consume more easily digestible foods? And what might they be? Note: I was sober for 6 1/2 months before I was diagnosed, and I completely understand that my drinking history caught up with me!

Answer:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet togetherIf you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkierIf you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skinFor diet, go wheat freeNo pasta, pizza, bread and so onAnd no food after 7 p.mPeople achieve marvellous results with itDepending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a monthIf you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuitsBut your diet is still balancedIt costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plansFor exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/joggingRunning is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise everIf you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on)Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and womenIt's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
You are definitely on the right trackAs for exercise, if you have Comcast ( don't know about other cable providers), they have different types of free exercises that changes every monthThis way, you not only don't have to step out of the house, but you will not get bored.
Go walking or jogging Buy some aerobics/workout videos or DVDs (yeah, they cost a bit of money) Go on youtube and look up fitness videos you can watch for free Jump rope Bicycle Swim Put on some music and dance around There are many things you can do for little or no moneyI do all my workouts at home or from homeI have a nice workout video/DVD collection, some dumb bells, some resistance bands, and I do my thingI acquired the workouts and equipment over time so the money outlay was never huge and once I bought them, they were mine to use forever as many times as I desire?
I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything workSince having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 poundsThis diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time The plan was so refreshing and so simple to followI did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeksI'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more poundsThis plan has changed my lifeGet started today!
