they are both really interesting subject but I think you should go for apparel manufacturing so you could create interesting ideals for future clothing just like issey miyake with his amazing textile workFor my opinions yarn manufacturing is only interesting if you have an ideal on how to design a sweater with a yarn you are going to createIf you are a knitwear major than you should go for it but yarn manufacturing is limited compare to apparels.
