Not true. Response times are low priority. It says so in the regulations. If the alarm isn't verified the police will respond if available and not making a drug bust, catching a bank robber, etc. Verified means the monitoring company calls the owner to make sure the alarm didn't go off because an employee was working late or the guard dog wandering around.
