My doctor says i should get about double or tipple the fiber per week then i am currently, Does anyone know any food's that taste good and are high in fiber?
Haha, I hate this problem! I have an all white/grey warmblood gelding that I use for Dressage and so we have dark pads as wellWell those hairs are a PAIN IN THE $$! Typically what works for me is putting them in the washer/dryer on low cycle just so you don't ruin themThat helps clean them really well, plus gets most of the excess hairs offNext I'll go over them with a vacuum, and after I go over them with a lint brush which helps pick off all the hairs in the little cracks and crevasses of the padsWorks for me! Hope it works for you! Good luck!! :)
NoIt will depend on how you're clipping themA hunters and a part clip isn't like an entire clipA complete clip is for a horse that's running daily so demands a skinny coat to manage with temperature and sweat while runningHalf clip is while the pony isn't running as so much, or closer to the begin / finish of the iciness seasonNote, you must NEVER clip horses that reside outside, they'll get too bloodless in a single dayHope this helped.
I have so many lint rollers it isn't funnyWorks like a charmBrushing tends to only push most hairs in, and horse hair are damn well like needlesUse a good quality lint rollerIt will stick to the hairs and pull the buggers outETA - with the fleece, I still use the lint roller, though it tends to pick up dust as well as hair, so I go through many stripsIt is far more efficient than wrapping sticky tape around your fingers - no offence to those who suggested itThe problem with fleece is dislodging it from deep within the fleece itself, so I lint roll, give it a few hard smacks and/or folding it in half and - how I can only describe - 'rolling' the fold back and forthIt really helps to dislodge the hairsAnd then I continue to lint roll againIt does take some time, but it is far more thorough than vacuumingIf you had access to an air line and air blowing gun, you could blow the crap out of it, lolIt works best of allBelieve me, I've brought my fleece pads to work a few timesETA ah well, I tend to put the nozzle directly on the back of the pad and run my fingers through the fleecePerhaps it's techniqueGood luck in any case, K F
Seriously, try FiberOne productsTheir original cereal you kinda have to get used to, but it has the most fiber and lease caloriesBut some of their other flavors are almost as goodAnd also their snack bars or whatever are super yummyThey have a TON of flavorsAlso of course eat lots of fruits and veggies! Hope I helped! :D
Go to your local 24 hour laundromat late, and throw those blankets in one of the triple load washers and wash them in the hottest water you can without shrinking themwhen washed throw in the dryer with a couple sheets of fabric softener I also put fabric softener in the rince cycle of the washerIt has worked for meI only dry until almost dry then remove them and air dryThis has worked on most of my better quality blankets and stable sheets
