Deer can't see the hunter's orange. They can see the patterns though. So, if you are decked out in camo and have a plain orange hat on, it'll stick out. If in head to toe camo opt for the orange camo hat. As far as what to wear, a hat if you're sitting in a blind. If on foot, a vest should be good. Both would be the best.
Put down a thin base coat of resin. While it it wet or sticky, place your sand and shells. Wait until the resin has kicked (set) enough to hold things in place, then turn the table over or in some way remove any loose material. Then, pour your topcoat in the normal way.
Get a run for it. Hit the gas pedal lightly and if you start spinning let off and apply gas again slowly. Get studded tires. Try it in reverse. If it is a front wheel drive. Go buy tire chains or cables. Throw some kitty litter or rock salt on the road. Wait till the road crews treat the hill. Call the township to let them know the road is icy. Go buy a four wheel drive.
