Question:

If I sue my boss who was fired, do I have to abide by the arbitration clause in my employment contract?

This is based in California. My boss was fired for creating a hostile work environment and sexual harassment. Since she was fired, I have filed a civil complaint against her for intentional infliction of emotional distress and actual damages for extortion. Her lawyer is saying she is protected under the arbitration clause even though she is not employed by the company. I still work for the company but I am not naming the company in the complaint. Do I have to arbitrate with someone who committed unlawful acts during their employment, who no longer works for the company and the suit is against them personally for what they did while my boss (which was partially unlawful and partially against public policy)?

Answer:

I hope so. People need to speak English if they want to immigrate to the U.S.
why? she needs someone better qualified to deal with a culture that speaks another language. Things are never a problem..till they are. Things change, employers needs change. they are running a business. Go get some language CDS and pick up a smattering. Might just make a difference.
Now if you were my kids or any children for that matter they would say ABSOLUTELY!!! You cannot begin to imagine how fun and how excited the kids are when they dress up anything. The animals look so adorable when they have these different kinds of clothes on them. There actually is some animals that will completely refuse to let their owners put clothing on them. Animals are like humans in the sense that if they don't like something they certainly will let you know. It isn't just about dressing the animals up that animals like but how they are treated when they are being dressed up. The owner will politely, sweetly and respectably talk to the animals as they dress them. These owners have a tendency to think their animals are their kids or should I say are human. These animals are treated better then some kids that are actually human. SMILE These owners will have all kinds of animal treats to give them. Also, these animals are treated with nice baths and then combed or brushed for hours on end. I have also known people that dress up their animals and especially in the winter time that these clothes help with circulation problems that the dog may have. Either way I feel if animals are treated in the way that they should be treated then this would not be offensive. We have to respect animals and listen to the signals that tells us they are or not happy.
