As far as I know, these systems are proprietary. In fact, some are so old I know some run on windows 95, and aren't likely to change. You might want to look at CAC cards, which is a new standard. Update: To do static pin codes, that is old school. That is more like an alarm company training. For one time use passwords, secure cards and tokens, and CAC, there would be training in Physical/Cryptographic security. You might try SANS on that.
