Shoei helmets for sure. When my Simpson was cracked after my only accident (so far), tried on a myriad of helmets, and all the Shoei units not only fit great but they have amazing ventilation, better than any other helmet I tried. And if thats not enough, they're also priced decently for the most part too.
Its not that bad, this can be repaired. this is just the front plate that can be replaced get the model and serial number and you can order this from the manufacturer.If the main heat exchanger tubes are in good condition, you can replace this front plate and get a few more years out of tis furnace I've done this exact repair several times..But I have been a service tech for a long time. Not the easiest repair for a novicebut it can be done..
if the boss wont do something for you. then try and block the flow of air.. or something of that nature or mabye do wear a coat and earmuffs to get there attention
