Assume there are no shelters or anything like that and all you had were two blankets and some clothes. How would one survive in 30 degree weather?
If this happens again go and find the one detector that has a flashing light/button on it. Then you will know which one is causing the problem. Most of the time it's a tiny insect crawling around in it. Take it down and vacuum it out or blow it out with the canned air that you use on your computer, it will be fine.
Helmets are impact resistant plastics. Golf shoes are synthetic material (imitation leather). The flippers are often number 2 plastics. Mailboxes are usually sheet metal steel (not iron). Boxing gloves are real leather.
