If he asked you to help him keep his balacne when he kicked the glass how would you respond? If he asked you if he was pulling the handle down correctly what would you say? Well, I think the bigger question is the basis for your employer firing you in the first place - they may be up for discrimination. As far as false arrest, perhaps, but I think you would need a fairly significant lost wage claim and other economic damages, and emotional damages that can be proven, ie., did you go to a psychiatrist due to depression, upset, etc.?
