New tires, carbon fiber windshield, custom D and D exhaust, 12000 miles. I saw the bike and it a nice looking bike(at night) the gears are different i thing all gears are down instead of up It also has a custom tire hugger please let me know if this price is bit high and is there‘s room for negotiating. thanks

yes all hard drives are encased in metal to protect them. altho the circuit boards are usually exposed. however, the strength of the magnet required to corrupt a hard drive is very high. all hard drives actually have a strong magnet inside their case, close to the platters, and it does not effect the drive. however, its better to be safe then sorry. i would still keep any magnets away from your hard drives.
Shielding a hard drive by metal casing(alloy generally) not only protects it from magnetic fields but mainly ensures added protection to it from enormous heat ranging from 66'C - 80'C and also the surrounding devices that can cause loss of valuable data !!
any time you are buying a motorcycle or car from a private party you can always negotiate. and the person selling can always say no. nothing to lose
