allrecipescom is a really good site My husband really likes this: You can use any cut of chicken you prefer but we usually use boneless breasts or tenderloinsTake some Stove Top stuffing mix and crush it until fineMix it with grated parmesan cheeseCoat the chicken with this mixturePlace in baking dish that has been coated with no stick sprayDrizzle with butter if desiredBake in 350 degree oven until juices run clearAbout 20-30 minutes for tenderloins 30-40 minutes for whole boneless breast piecesI have been experimenting with dipping in milk or beaten eggs to get a thicker coating to stay on the chicken, but it's good regardless.
