Question:

In Ohio, is landlord required to provide carbon monoxide alarms?

My existing smoke alarms are in need of new batteries, which landlord has told me to replace myself. Unforntunately they are 10 year alarms requiring 3 lithium ion batteries (about $10/each!) I believe new law requires CO alarms to be installed with new tenancy. Does anyone have information with references to this? Thanks so much!

Answer:

Do you REALLY want to trust those smoke detectors now? C'mon, toss them and get new ones. And if you get the same brand, you can use the old base, and not have to rewire.
sounds like the rollers on your printer are slipping. maybe there's some tape or sticky residue from a label. clean off the rubber parts with alcohol.
