Keep in mind that when in cat/bear/dire bear form as a druid, you do not gain any damage bonus for your equipped weapon(s). You still get the stat bonuses, but no damage modifier. Looking at the weapon, you also do not get the proc effect (110-120 pt frost damage) when in feral form. I'd look at trying to get the Slaghammer (BoE from RFK) if you do a lot of bear form, or the Manual Crowd Pummeler (BoP from Gnomeregan) if you spend more time in kitty. Happy gaming!
