If by free loader, you mean the very rich who benefit from tax breaks, large bonuses from publicly-held companies, TARP money, and union busting, then yes... yes, they are.

I would say yes. But it undoubtably produces a society completely devoid of innovators, free thinkers, or venture capitalists.
This is not a good subject for me. There are always two ways to see anything. Free loaders don't have to be on a government program. What about men who let the women work while they go fishing? They may not be on a public program, but are still free loaders. How many know about the women who have children and are expected to work to make ends meet, while the father ( because he isn't in the home) doesn't always do his share? Free loaders come in many forms.. Are they running rampant? Yes, they surely are. Some on government programs, some not.
