Question:

iPod Alarm Clock Help?

my sister lent me her iHome iPod alarm clock radio model iH4P, because i needed an alarm clock and i have no idea how to set the time or the alarm and niether does my sister. she always just used it as a radio, can anyone help me i really need to figure this out immediately

Answer:

After reading the spec sheets for the Alarm yes it will prematurely drain the battery with out electrical hookup. Past experience tells me that it will work with out electrical hook up but according to the spec sheet it says it won't. Also I would follow all instructions to the T on any life safety device they are there to protect you the best they can.
Other than a pressure water (PW) extinguisher, a CO2 extinguisher, and a dry chemical (sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, mono-ammonium phosphate) extinguisher, there is HALON 1211 1301. Halon isn't regularly used anymore due to its ability to deplete the ozone, but systems that are still in use can keeep it until the system is discharged. Soda acid is another extinguisher that was ruled obsolete in 1969. The other ways to extinguisher a fire is to remove the fuel, exclusion of oxygen an inhibition of the chain reaction.
Put a beaker over the flame, this will cut off the oxygen supply.
