Question:

is a person with slow twitch fibers need more time to hit their maximum speed or high intensity heart rate?

I do know the theory be hind the fast and slow twitch fibers.but i want to know that is a person having a slow twitch fibers dominant will need more time/volume to hit their 90%bpm compared to a person who is fast twitch dominant.example: when a person with a fast twitch dominant and slow twitch dominant ran a 400m as fast as possible , will the result of their bpm be at 80%++ ?i understand slow twich fibers have slow muscle contraction compared to fast twich and slow twitch have high resistance to fatigue.

really to be honest, me and my ex boyfriend had some crazy places but my favorite would have to be in his truck that had tinted windows at a drive in movie theater ! it was amazing! we went at it the whole movie! and we just turned the volume on the radio up so nobody heard my kinky loud moaning mouth ;) 3 hope i helped,
Yes, a person with a majority of slow twitch muscle fibers takes longer to get to top speed, and their top speed is slower than fast runnersThat is not related to heart rate, which is based on percentage of maximum out put not speedThe slower runner will have the same relative heart rate as the faster runner.
