Question:

Is a solution of Liquid Lye mixed 50/50 Lye:Water still as dangerous as powerdered Lye?

I have to mix water with Lye crystals to make soap. When the Lye becomes a liquid solution will it still be as dangerous as Lye in a solid form? Will it burn me as quickly if I have an accident as the pure 100% Lye or is relatively safe? Are any burns caused permanent?

Just realize that this, being a new Walmart, the lady was just trying to do her job. She did maybe a little too well. You don't know if she had been a little lax before and was instructed to do better and was going the other way (overboard). There is not a whole lot you can do in this case. I'm sorry for your humiliation but we all have to endure some of this stuff because of the people who are dishonest and do steal. Be careful not to protest too much. It is very odd that your cell phone set this off. It is possible that they will have to adjust their security system. The people at the door are supposed to just record what they did not detain you for so long. She is just probably repeating (parrotting) the questions she was supposed to in this situation.
That type of rain jacket can be found at an industrial and tool supply house.
You're going to hate me as i have no idea what the answer to your question is. What I do know is that although its pronounced 'hey' pennies its actually written 'ha'pennies' the 'ha' comin from the word half and abbreviated using the '. sorry just thought i'd tell you.
On the obverse the figure is Britannia, who wears a Roman helmet and personifies England. England was the Roman province of Britannia. The shield is the Union Jack from the flag and represents the three crosses of St Andrew (Scotland), St George, (England perhaps Wales) and St. Patrick (Ireland). The dragon is the symbol for Wales, and the patron saint of Wales is St. David. However, Wales was conquered militarily by the English, whereas Scotland and Ireland were acquired by a process of union, so Wales does not appear on the flag or most of the coats of arms. The flag is therefore called the Union Jack. A Jack is typically a naval flag. A ha'penny is a way of saying a half penny. Before decimal coinage, there were 12 pence to as shilling and 20 shillings to a pound sterling. A quarter penny was called a farthing.
