Is All-Clad Non-Stick Square Griddle Pan oven-safe?

Answer:

Sure, you have a great chance at full custodyBut do remember, he is still more than likely going to get visitation rightsBUT, do bring up the fact that he smokes (they can test him), and he may have to have supervised by the court visitationAnd, yeah, you need to go for child support, like now, he seems like a real loser, and you and your son deserve betterJust go to your local Domestic Relations office there and they can help you file for child support and let you know who to contact to get the papers to fill out to start the custody processGood Luck!
If you don't do drugs I would call and report him to DCFHe cant take your child on a visit and be highANd you shouldn't let him do thatThey can get you for endangermentI would call and say that you think your baby's daddy is smoking pot and he wants to see the babyAnd tell them you aren't comfortable with itHe deals drugs blah blahall the stuff you wrote hereThey will drug test him , offer him drug rehab, and he has to do like 12 negative drug screensIf he fails them they will offer him to either sign over rights or terminate themI went threw this with my exHe is in prison now for selling drugs to an undercover FBI agentHe got 15 yearsThat would be my adviceRefuse to let him see the babyEspecially if he isn't helping you payANd hes a dealer?? Maybe he isn't that great of a dealer!!
well court side with moms normally but when my parents divorced my dad got custody only casue my mom was looking for a job and place to live he agreed to give custody to her when she did but never ddi and that wemt o court and he got full custody i give you the best of luck cause i agree he isn;t mautre enough to have a kid
I'm in Florida too and went through the same thingContact Heart Of Florida Legal Aid SocietyIf you qualify, you'll get a lawyer free of chargeThey will prepare everything, talk to the judge, send out the letters, set the court dates, etcThe only thing I had to pay for was the court costs, which was $280But they put me on a payment plan of $5 a month so that's not a big dealWith him smoking pot, you can also request supervised visitation onlyThey can order a drug test to be done, and if he refuses, it counts as a positive resultJust make sure that you voice your concerns about him being alone with your sonAnd make sure you do it in an honest way to where it can't be interpreted as you just trying to make it where he can't see his son at allPart of that process also includes taking a parenting class, which you can do in person or onlineIt's about $35 if I remember correctlyState of Florida does NOT give sole custodyYou would instead get shared or joint custodyBut you would be awarded primary custody, meaning your son lives with you and his dad would get visitationSo it's really the same thing, but they wont use that wording b/c the state of Florida believes both parents need to be involved in a child's life equally(wouldn't it be nice if these deadbeat dads believed that too?) With child support, you can just go to your local child support office to file for thatIt's not a big deal at all and isn't too time consumingAnd if your child support case is still open at the time you go to court for visitation, the lawyer from Heart of Florida Legal Aid Society can handle all of that alsoYou'll be alright - so keep your head up! )
It sure is, that's actually a pretty good ideaYou might want to put a sheet of wax paper or aluminum foil down between the cookies and the pan.
