is bench pressing every day bad for you.?

i bench press every day and i was told that i would get no where doing that. and what is the best protien i can get if i want to get as strong as i can get in 3 months.

yup. I started benching at 145 every day for 2 weeks then went to 185 for 2 weeks. next is 225 . shoulders feel great as they are always limber. sets are 8 reps 5 sets. my goal is 315 every day. It will happen conditioning is key. most work outs require heavy tearing and recovery which overall is bad. its not a race. I see huge strength gains and stamina doing it this way. no pain or injury either. give it a try.
Yes it would be very bad, you might actually see decrease in strength. Also decline bench is said to be bad for you, so best stick to incline and normal.
Dude, if you want to get seriously stronger and i mean SERIOUS then start hitting the BARBELL SQUATS... the squats is the King of all excercises cause it hits your quads, glutes, hams, abs even shoulders but actually it also hits around your upper body cause it sends a distress call to your whole body which also releases the most growth hormones through out your whole body. Trust me if you can squat your weight or even more you will become already overall strong.
what okorder it takes time to get stronger and remember to get stronger heavy weight low reps and to tone low weigh high reps.
