Question:

Is heating copper a chem/phys change?

When I heated copper, a black scale type substance appeared on the copper sheet metal. Would this be a chemical or physical change? Also, what would happen if I were to heat and scrape the black stuff off the Cu over and over again?

Answer:

Heating- physical Burning -chemical You probably burned it.
Depends on what you want. Do you want loud noise or deep tone? If you want loud I would go with dual single chamber flowmaster 10's with or without cats but if you remove cats you will have that snap, crackle and pop. If you want deep tone I would go with Dynomax bullet or Flowmaster super 44/40 with high-flow cats.
