I live in South Australia and I was wondering if there was a law against it.The back story is my extremely creepy step-father in law has camera's all over his wifes home. My husband and I only recently found out that the camera's can shoot footage in the dark but what shocked us both is that the kitchen camera has sound. We are saving up for a house so he is currently living at home with them. The man gives off a weird vibe and I can't stand his company but when I found saved footage of myself, his wife and my husband taking I knew something was very wrong. What makes it worse is that he has also recently put in finger scanners onto the front door. My husband agrees that it is creepy and he despises the man.Sorry about all the reading but could someone please explain to me the laws in Australia about having sound recording camera's. I know that shopping complexes are not aloud to record it.And I do also apologize if my writing is a bit all over the place, I haven't slept much.
Depends on the state and the kind of work. It also depends on why you were fired. So if you spent all day yesterday celebrating and not working, that would be grounds for firing. It would be tough to prove, but contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for more detailed information where you live. Check the link below. They won't charge you.
At this site you can compare free quotes HELP.INSUREQUOTE.INFO/-kuuhzZJ602 RE How do I file an auto insurance claim and what exactly will happen to my insurance rate, deductible, etc.? My windshield was really frosty but I only had to drive like 20 yards to get where I wanted. So like an idiot, I start driving and run into a fire hydrant. This damages the front right quarter panel, the right blinker, and it may have also damaged the axel or steering column because I couldn't get my car to move after that. What do I tell my insurance company? and am I going to have to pay anything?
You can sue everyone for anything, however for a decent chance of winning you need a good claim, you'll have to prove that you were being fired for being PREGNANT (and of course if you haven't been in the probation period, were you actually HIRED?). Either way I'd take this to a lawyer and see what are your chances.
not unless you can prove in court that thats why you got fired
