I got a bagel about 6 hours ago - toasted with jalape?o cream cheese on it - and thought I put it in the fridgeTurns out someone else had put it in the cabinetOur kitchen is like 70-75 degrees fahrenheitWill it still be ok to eat this?
the bagel itself is fine but the cream cheese isn'tthe temperature danger zone is 41 degrees to 135 degrees Fif im not mistaken which means that anything that needs to be refrigerated like dairy products (cream cheese) should only be left out for no more than 4 hours or it cannot go over 41 degrees.
