Fire, Life and Safety should have a comma after Fire, as here. It should not be read as: Fire Life. The full title of what looks like a sign on a company's building means that that particular department deals with outbreaks of fire, and it also has life-saving equipment ready for use.
what about using a simple curtain tassel rope as a necklace - thats my have thing to do. or sew yourself a cuff made of some nice cushion fabric and some metallic buttons?
