Question:

Is lightning attracted to ice?

Me and my friend were wondering yesterday as a storm was approaching if lightning is attracted to ice. We know it's attracted to metal and water, but what about ice?

Answer:

I feel that it is illegal for only 1 reason. TAXES! The U.S. gov't hasn't found a way to tax it. If they could, they would. Notice they got their hands on a piece of the action when they could. They instituted an alcohol tax, as well as tobacco. It's hard for the feds to regulate marijuana, simply because you can easily grow it. Unlike using distilleries or manufacuring plants. The legality of marijuana has already cost way too much money in court costs and processing. If marijuana was legal it could actually be very beneficial. For example, hemp clothing, rope, and even hempseed oil. Over half of the states in the U.S. have legalized marijuana in some form. In Denver, it's legal to have up to 1 oz. for personal use. Here in N. CAL where I live was one of the first places where it was legalized.
noooo!!!! you look like a groovy man or woman however i could simply take you as a misunderstood man or woman on the earth of unhappieness and that i could be your pal it doesn't matter what! (although you most effective had one eye and had purple epidermis!) Besides i lOVE dangerous boys!! ;-)
In most states you can be placed on probation for 90 days and be fired for most any reason. Oklahoma is an 'at will' state and your defense against the company and this manager is weak. You could try to get a lawyer to file suit, but I doubt you would be successful. It seems to me you need to spend your energy in another direction getting a job at a place where your efforts will be appreciated. And next time don't give out a phone number where you can not be reached if you call in sick. Good luck!
