Question:

Is reflective tape on bicycles as good as it's hyped up to be?

I was looking for ways to increase the visibility of my bicycle as I now cycle at night more often. I've heard about reflective tape, and searched online and saw many examples of the use of reflective tape. All the pictures and videos looked great. However, I was a bit wary because the description of the products seem to imply that most of the reflectivity only occurs towards the path of the light sourceI placed silver 3M Scotchlight at the outer end of each spoke on both wheels, red Scotchlight in between the spokes on the inner side of the rims, and small red and white strips of the tape on the forks and other places of the frame, including the fenders and my helmet. Here is a photo (poor quality phone camera) with flash in a darkened room.

Answer:

It means that in curved space the sum of angles in a triangle is not 180 degrees. Try it on a ball. Take three pieces of tape, make a triangle shape on the surface and measure the angles one by one. Add the results and see if you get 180 degrees. For a sufficiently large triangle you won't. In curved space the same observation would apply: if one took three lasers and made a triangle of light and observers at the three points where the three beams intersect would make angle measurements, the sum of angles would come out differently from 180 degrees. But long before the difference were a macroscopically measurable angle difference, gravity would be so strong that it would have wiped us off our feet. YOU are living in a curved space. The gravity that seems to pull you towards Earth is, in reality, nothing but the result of the curvature of spacetime! Cool, isn't it?
it's like the sacurity stronghold kinda thing but it's call saftety stronghold. First climb down the trap door and look at all the signs on the jail door. After that you need to finished the test paper to go to the old prison where you'll get 10k and some safety gloves
ok first go to the main page on home. then you go to manage profilethen you go to delete profile..runscape sucks! man quit that ****
yah its sorta like the stronghold of security but its actually the stronghold of safety. and the reward for doing it is. 10k and safety gloves which look AWSOME!!! but u just kinda go down the hole where theres a exclamation mark on the map. and u look at all the little signs on the wall after talking to the guard down there. n then u can go up the steps n talk to the old guy. n he give u a test n u take it n when u pass it. he gives u a little reward. idr wat their called but they're sorta like the lamps u get from the genies but then u go back down strairs n into the cellar n theres 1 of them w/ the door open n u lift up the poster in go in. n then u go through the maze just like the stronghold of security well sorta u don't have to answer any questions. thank goodness!!! but u go all the to the top and head east and u'll find a room w/ a lever in it and when u pull the lever u go back down 2 floors and u'll find a door that u go through and then in that room there will b a chest w/ a whole bunch of gunk around it. and u open it n get ur reward. its really good training down there. the only thing is that if ur a low lvl then its not good cause their multi-combat and u won't get the drops very often. n they drop rune items sometimes so their good. their called cochroach soldiers. but don't worry about it. they won't attack u unless u attack them. )
